A vintage cat and dog set of salt and pepper shakers, made in Japan. Each one contains a 'voicebox' that would have originally made noise... N.B. these no longer work, and also flakes from this have fallen out onto my counter. Would not necessarily advise these be used for culinary purposes as they are. Other than that, the condition is really good for their age. No chips, cracks, or crazing. There does appear to be a few faults but they seem to be under the glaze. These measure around 8 cm tall.
