This item is on sale due to a few wee faults, and the fact that it's sewn onto an elasticated loop. A beautiful orange and brown paisley fabric, made from pure virgin wool. The label is well-known 'Parisian' and made in New Zealand. Unfortunately some moths have had a nibble at the fabric, buy there is still some life left in it - even if it's for a costume! You could easily remove this from the elasticated loop, just snip the thread. Check the photographs for measurements.
