Glass lemon juicer/squeezer made by Arcoroc (yes, THAT Arcoroc) of France. In a vibrant shade of orange, it glows when hit by the sunlight. In very good, usable condition. Stunning design with little dimples around the circumference.
I am skeptical that the glass itself is not orange, although it appears like it is. I have photographed a few spots where the glass appears clear (not coloured). I can only find clear examples, in the same brand, online. There are no chips or cracks where you might expect them, which means it's fully functional. I have, however, photographed a couple of places where it looks like there's a small chip. When you run your finger over it (both top and bottom) it is smooth to the touch. I wonder if it's some sort of inclusion or fault, as it seems like it is inside the glass itself.
Regardless, it is a stunning piece - whether you intend to use or display it - and I'd say these don't pop up that often. Perfect for your funky, bright, retro, or maximalist kitchen!
