A well-made circle skirt with elastic waist plus zip, and lovely pleated ruffle at the hem. Made from vintage fabric - cotton or polycotton perhaps as it looks like it might have been a sheet or tablecloth in another life. Very hard to find cool pieces in larger sizes, so don't delay! Too big for a size 14, I estimate best fit 16-18, however it might even work for slightly larger than that. Please check out measurements below:
