This is a fabulous example of a 1970s maxi dress made by Eve's Boutique in Nelson (NZ). It has the most luxurious floaty sleeves.
The dress comprises of two layers - a blue base layer, and a sheer blue floral fabric laid over top... the sleeves have no lining and are just made from the sheer fabric. No fabric content or sizing labels for this garment - most likely a synthetic fabric.

Some minor pulls in the sheer fabric, but barely noticeable. See photo for details on condition.
